Contact our support team via the official MOZA website or email within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship to MOZA
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
