Are MOZA wheel bases compatible with consoles like PS5 or Xbox?
Currently, MOZA Racing products are natively designed for PC. However, compatibility with Xbox can be achieved using specific MOZA steering wheels designed for Xbox, or via third-party conversion adapters for other consoles.
What is your return policy for sim racing hardware?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective upon arrival.
How do I update the firmware on my MOZA device?
All firmware updates are managed through the MOZA Pit House software. Simply connect your device via USB, open Pit House, and follow the prompts in the 'Cloud' or 'Update' section.
Do MOZA Racing products come with a warranty?
Yes, all MOZA wheel bases, pedals, and steering wheels come with a limited 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
